SOPHOMORE (2020): Started four games over the course of the season, posting a .333 batting average as a result of four hits … contributed one run and tallied a .385 on-base percentage and .333 slugging percentage … a starter in the outfield, Gaston finished 1-for-4 from the plate versus Guilford (Feb. 19) … enjoyed a 3-for-4 outing at Agnes Scott (March 1), coming through with an RBI and a run scored … also saw action against Emory & Henry (Feb. 22) and FDU-Florham (March 11).

FRESHMAN (2019): Played in two games over the course of the season, making four official at bats while scoring one run and contributing one RBI … drew a pair of walks and was hit by a pitch … made five putouts … came through with one RBI, one run and a walk in her collegiate debut against Maine-Presque Isle (March 19) … capped off the game with Meredith (March 31), drawing a walk and was hit by a pitch.

PREP: Graduated from T.L. Hanna High School in 2018 … played both volleyball and softball during her four-year prep career … played one season of volleyball (2014) and softball (2015) under head coach Carlyce Cononie at Sandalwood High School … her three seasons of softball at T.L. Hanna came under head coach Diedre Wesley … received Hardest Worker Award (2015) in softball … named as the Captain Award winner twice in softball (2016, 2018) … recognized as an All-Region performer on the softball diamond in 2018 … an All-Area honoree in softball following the 2018 season … named as a South Carolina High School League Scholar Athlete in softball at the conclusion of 2018 … played for head coach Ricky Martinez on the Knockouts softball club team.
