SOPHOMORE (2020): Ended her second year at Salem by making 14 starts … came through with four hits, three runs and a double … opened the season with hits in each of the first two games of the slate against Guilford (Feb. 19) … ended February with a base hit and a run scored at Huntingdon (Feb. 29) … had a sacrifice fly and an RBI at Agnes Scott (March 1) … closed out a 2-0 victory over FDU-Florham (March 11) by going 1-for-3 with a double, her lone extra-base hit of the slate.
FRESHMAN (2019): Started in 20 of the 28 games that she played in over the course of her first season … finished with 10 hits in 60 at bats, scoring eight runs and accounting for seven RBI … drew four walks and posted a .219 on-base percentage … made 26 putouts, while limiting herself to one error, finishing with a .963 fielding percentage … made her collegiate debut against Brandeis (Feb. 18), finishing with a pair of RBI in three official at bats … came through with the first base hit of her career at Pfeiffer (March 12) … was 1-for-4 from the plate with a run scored versus Huntingdon (March 16) … scored her second run of the slate against Kentucky Christian (March 19) … was 2-for-4 from the plate with a run scored against N.C. Wesleyan (March 27) … finished 1-for-3 from the plate at William Peace (March 30), notching the first extra-base hit (double) of her career … crossed the plate with her fourth run of the season at Mary Baldwin (April 6) … capped off a doubleheader against Averett (April 10) by finishing 1-for-3 from the plate … came through with her eighth hit of the season versus Randolph (April 11), going 1-for-2 from the plate with a pair of RBI and a run scored … closed out a meeting with Methodist (April 13) by finishing 1-for-4 from the plate with a pair of RBI and one run scored … enjoyed her 10th hit of the season against Meredith (April 26) where she was 1-for-3 at the plate.
PREP: Graduated from Richlands High School … a four-year player in softball under coaches Mike Deleone and Matt Lovely … wrapped up her freshman season (2015) as Second Team All-Area and was named Piggly Wiggly All-Tournament Team as well as Tournament Most Valuable Player … closed out the 2016 season as Offensive Most Valuable Player, Second Team All-Area and All-Conference recipient … capped off the 2017 slate as Second Team All-Area and All-Conference Award winner … ended the 2018 campaign by being named team Most Valuable Player, All-Conference, All-State and First Team All-Area … helped team capture Piggly Wiggly Tournament championship … won Coastal Conference championship (2017) … captured Coastal 8 Conference 2A championship (2018) … played four years of Club Softball for the Shockers under head coach Thurman Pate (2015-18).
