FIRST YEAR (2022-23): Played in just one game for Salem over the course of the season … logged eight minutes in a clash with Randolph (Nov. 12) … came through with two rebounds and one steal against the WildCats.

PREP: Graduated from Central Cabarrus High School in 2022 … played two seasons for the Vikings’ basketball team, including the 2018-19 campaign for Zacrawan Wereneck and the 2021-22 season for head coach Brandon Bolack.

PERSONAL: Amiyah Jones … daughter of Sharday Jones … has nine siblings, including Siyah, Dillan, Trinity, Carter, Zenia, Tyonna, Deniya, Taziya and Tlija.
