SOPHOMORE (2023): One of two goalkeepers to play between the pipes, Sanchez played 11 games and made eight starts … posted a 1-4-1 mark along the way, combining with Marissa Doutrich for a pair of shutouts against Hollins (Sept 1) and Johnson & Wales (Sept. 19) … amassed 90 saves (.841 save pct.) and allowed just 17 goals during the course of the season … had two saves apiece in matches against St. Andrews (Sept. 6) and Randolph (Sept. 9) … capped off a setback to Carolina University (Sept. 23) with six saves … made a single-match career-high 19 saves at Methodist (Sept. 30) … came through with 16 saves in a USA South Conference clash against N.C. Wesleyan (Oct. 25), resulting in a 3-1 Salem victory … tallied 18 saves in 90 minutes against Greensboro (Oct. 28) … recorded eight saves in 90 minutes of the USA South Conference Tournament clash with Southern Virginia (Oct. 31) … also played in the field, attempting two shots, which came against Brevard (Oct. 3) and William Peace (Oct. 14).

FIRST YEAR (2022): Played two matches in net for Salem, making two saves in 46:41 minutes … responsible for two saves in Salem’s 8-0 triumph over Sweet Briar (Sept. 6), joining Alexcina Wartski and Jordan Tomberlin on the combined shutout … made her final appearance in goal on the season at Agnes Scott (Sept. 18), logging 23:26 in net, but did not record a save in the process … saw time in the field, converting a goal and making six shots (four SOG) in Salem’s 2-1 victory against Pfeiffer (Oct. 22) … had one shot each against Pfeiffer (Oct. 22) and N.C. Wesleyan (Oct. 25).

PREP: Graduated from Tucson Magnet High School in 2022 … a varsity soccer player for the Badgers from 2018 through 2022 … served as the team’s captain in both her junior and senior season … earned All-Star Award as the goalkeeper in 2022 … named as a Golden Glove Award recipient in 2022 … named as an All-Star player in 2022.
