Winston-Salem, NC-The Salem College tennis team defeated Ferrum and Emory and Henry today. Summer Whitener (Sandy Springs, NC) won both of her #2 singles matches on the day. Salem improves to their best start in the past three seasons and a 4-1 record.
Kim Wisen (Madison, OH) and Amy Allison (Geneva, OH) also won both of their singles matches today. Zoe Fawcett (Manteo, NC) defeated Megan Martin in two sets to give Salem the win over Emory and Henry.
Salem will play their first Great South match at Maryville on March 6th at 1:00.
