Winston-Salem, NC-The Salem College tennis team fell just short against Bluefield State in a 5-4 loss. Deanna Wilkins and Kerri Morgan each won their singles matches. Salem falls to 0-3 with the loss.
The Spirits fell behind 2-1 after doubles action. Both the #1 and # 2 doubles teams lost 8-4. All of the singles matches were 2 set matches. Wilkins easily won at # 3 and so did Morgan at #4.
